The time and place of an annual meeting of the Association shall be determined by the executive secretary and approved by a majority vote of the remaining members of the governing board. The annual meeting may be cancelled by three-fourths vote of the governing board.
Section I. Those members present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
Section ll. Call meetings shall be by the executive secretary when so directed by the governing board. The executive secretary shall notify the governing board of the meeting at least one month in advance of the meeting.
